Akiş Global Real Estate Investment Inc. was established by Akiş REIT to focus on international real estate investments and opportunities. The company carries Akiş REIT’s project experience and financial strength — built over more than twenty years in Turkey — into international markets.
Akiş Global now carries this experience into new markets, starting with Europe. The company’s first investment is a project of more than 150 residential units to be developed in Berlin-Lichtenberg together with Edge, a leading European real estate development and investment company based in the Netherlands. Akiş Global participated in the capital increase of the company structured to develop the project and holds a 50 percent stake.
